It is submitted that there are delay of 269 days, 272 days and 256 days in refiling the Special Leave Petitions respectively and same are condoned by the Hon'ble Judge -in- Chamber on 22.09.2020.

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 25.09.2020 filed applications for permission to file Additional Documents and exemption from filing official translation in SLP(C) Nos. 11462, 11463 & 11464 of 2020 which have been registered as I.A. Nos. 97165, 97166 of 2020 and 97169, 97170 of 2020 and 97171 & 97174 of 2020 respectively and same have been included in the SLP Paper Books.

It is submitted that Mr. Robin Khokhar , Advocate has filed Caveat/Vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent No. 3 in SLP (C) No. 11462/2020 and Sole respondent in SLP (C) No. 11464/2020 and Ms. Asha Jain Madan, Advocate has filed Caveat/Vakalatnama on behalf of Sole Respondent in SLP (C) No. 11463/2020.

It is also submitted that Mr. Parminder S. Bhullar, Advocate has on 07.10.2020 filed an application for impleadment as party-Respondent in SLP (C) No. 11464/2020 which is registered as I.A. No. 102072 of 2020 and same is being circulated for perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is submitted that SLP(c) Nos. 11463/2020 and 11464/2020 and the instant matter arising out of similar issue have been tagged together.
