This Hon'ble Court, on 25th November, 2020, was pleased to pass the following order:
" 1 List the Special Leave Petitions on 3 December 2020.
2 Mr Gurminder Singh, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners in SLP (C) No 12864 of 2020, is granted liberty to file supplementary submissions on or before 1 December 2020. "
It is submitted that pursuant to the aforesaid Order, Mr. Gurminder Singh, learned Senior Counsel who had appeared on behalf of the petitioners in SLP (C) 12864/2020 has not filed any document so far.
It is further submitted that Ms. Uttara Babbar, Standing Counsel for the State of Punjab, has on 1st December, 2020, e-filed Vakalatnama/Memo of appearance on behalf of State of Punjab in SLP (C) 1940-41, 1944, 1949, 1932, 1931, 1934, 1939, 1937, 1943, 1945, 1859, 1942, 1936, 1935 of 2020 and Counter Affidavit on behalf of R-1 and R-4 in SLP(C) No. 1940-41/2020.
It is further submitted that, Mr. Siddarth, Adv. has on 02.12.2020 E-filed Vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Employees' Provident Funds Organisation in SLP(C) No. 1939/2020, 1945/2020, 1940-41/2020 and 1949/2020 but no Counter Affidavit has been filed so far.
It is lastly submitted that, Mr. Siddarth, Advocate has on 02.12.2020, E-filed an application to place on record additional documents by Regional Provident Fund Commissioner in SLP(C) No. 1940-41/2020. Same has been registered as I.A.No. 125103/2020 and copies of the same are being circulated with this office report for kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court.
