This Hon'ble Court, on 07th July, 2020, was pleased to pass the following order:

" Issue notice. 

 In the meanwhile, there shall be stay of further proceedings in HMA No.351 of 2019 titled “Deepak Sahni Vs. Sonia Sahni @ Vanshika pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Distt. South East, Saket Courts, New Delhi until further orders. "

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has not filed spare copy for issuance of notice in view of Chapter XIV, Rule 2(a) of practice and procedure, 2017, which reads as under:-

"As soon as notice is directed to be issued, the appellant, petitioner, applicant or plaintiff, as the case may be, shall furnish as many copies of the petition, appeal, suit or application as may be necessary for record and for service on the respondent(s) within seven days from the date of the order:"

Hence, notice could not be issued.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this Office Report.
