Note :-  It is submitted that in the instant matter counsel for petitioner has not filed court fee due to Covid 19 situation.  He has also filed an application for exemption from filing court fees and undertakes to file the same as and when it is available.  However he has on 08.10.2020 filed court fee, original notary affidavit and original vakalatnama. Copy of the same is already included in the paperbooks.

It is further submitted that Counsel for petitioner has on 08.10.2020 filed application for permission to file additional documents along with the documents.  Some of the pages are in small font and carries dim impression.  However, the same are being circulated for kind perusal of Hon'ble Court.
