This Hon'ble Court, on 14th September, 2020, was pleased to pass the following order:

" Issue notice returnable within two weeks.

  Counsel for the petitioners is permitted to file compilation of case laws in the meantime."

Accordingly, notice was issued to sole respondent in both the SLPs above-mentioned.

It is submitted that notice in respect of the sole respondent has been returned back to New Delhi GPO with postal remarks "insufficient address" in SLP (C) No. 9384 of 2020.

It is further submitted that in view of Order dated 14th September, 2020,  Mr. Mehfooz A. Nazki, Advocate on behalf of the Petitioners in SLP (C) 9388 of 2020 has on 16th September, 2020  filed compilation of case laws and the same has been included  in the SLP paperbooks for the kind perusal of the Court.

It is further submitted Ms. Malvika Kapila, Advocate has on 1st December, 2020 filed vakalatnama/memo of appearance on behalf of the sole respondent alongwith copy of Power of Attorney.

Service of notice on the sole respondent in SLP (C) No. 9384 of 2020 is incomplete.

          The Petitions above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
