The Transfer Petition above-mentioned with office report dated 13.05.2020 was listed before the Hon'ble Court, on 28.05.2020 when the same was allowed.  Copy of Court's order dated 28.05.2020 is enclosed herewith for the kind persual of the Hon'ble Court. 

Accordingly, copy of this Hon'ble Court's order dated 28.05.2020 was issued to the concerned Courts for necessary compliance vide this Registry's letter dated 26.6.2020. 

It is submitted that a letter dated 03.08.2020 has been received in this Registry from the III Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Mysuru, stating therein that case number mentioned in the petition MC 803 of 2019 titled as "Kuppili Adithya vs. Kuppili (Pakki) Vidhyadhari" does not tally with the record pending on the file of the Trial Court and MC 803 of 2019 does pertain to the parties by name Shilpa C. Hiremath and Chandrashekhar I. Heremath Vs. Nil which is already disposed and parties having titled "Kuppili Adithya vs. Kuppili (Pakki) Vidhyadhari" pertains to MC 480 of 2019 and the same is pending in the Trial Court.   The said letter has been registered as Miscellaneous Application No. 2136 of 2020. Copy of the letter is enclosed with this office report for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Mr. Vipin Nair, Advocate for the petitioner has on 14.09.2020 filed an application for direction to read the case no. as M.C. NO. 480 of 2019 instead of M.C. No. 803 of 2019. The said application has been registered as Miscellaneous Application No. 2131 of 2020.  Copy of the same is placed with the paper books of Transfer Petition.

It is lastly submitted that as per practice the paper books of Transfer Petition have been weeded out after due preservation and counsel has filed fresh paper books through e-mail.

The Miscellaneous applications alongwith the letter of the Trial Court are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report for orders.
