It is submitted that pursuant to the order quoted above Contempt Petition (C) no. 440/2021 has been de-tagged. Service position in the matters mentioned above is as follows :

It is submitted that Counter Affidavit has already been filed on behalf of Respondent nos. 1 to 4 in all the matters and copies of the same have already been included in SLP paperbooks. Counsel appearing for rest of the parties have not filed counter affidavit so far in any of the matter in terms of order dated 9.12.2021. Mr. Arvind Kumar Sharma, Advocate has filed memo of appearance in SLP (C) 12158 and 12505 of 2020 respectively on behalf of common Respondent no. 1 (UOI). He has on 15.11.2022 filed memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent nos. 1 to 4 in SLP (C) 12570/2022 and SLP (C) Diary no. 23278/2020 respectively. Counsel for the petitioner has filed Rejoinder Affidavit in all the matters and copy of the same has already been included in SLP Paperbooks.

Service is complete in all the matters.

It is submitted that pursuant to the order quoted above the instant matter was tagged with SLP (C) 12158/2020 and show cause notice was issued to all the 3 respondents on 4.10.2022 through registered A.D. Mr. Arvind Kumar Sharma, Advocate has on 12.10.2022 filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of all the 3 respondents but he has not filed Counter Affidavit on their behalf so far.

Service is complete.
