" The Registry is directed to comply with order dated 21.10.2021 and de-tag Contempt Petition (C) No. 440/2021 in C.A. No. 1474/2019 and list it separately on 16.11.2022. 

 For rest of the matters Put up on 23.11.2022. "

It is submitted that pursuant to the order quoted above Contempt Petition (C) no. 440/2021 has been de-tagged.

It is submitted that Counter Affidavit has already been filed on behalf of Respondent nos. 1 to 4 in all the matters and copies of the same have already been included in SLP paperbooks. Counsel appearing for rest of the parties have not filed counter affidavit so far in any of the matter in terms of order dated 9.12.2021. Mr. Arvind Kumar Sharma, Advocate has filed memo of appearance in SLP (C) 12158 and 12505 of 2020 respectively on behalf of common Respondent no. 1 (UOI) and he has on 28th June, 2023 filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no. 2 to 4 in SLP (C) 12505/2020. He has on 15.11.2022 filed memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent nos. 1 to 4 SLP (C) Diary no. 23278/2020 respectively. Counsel for the petitioner has filed Rejoinder Affidavit in all the matters and copy of the same has already been included in SLP Paperbooks.

Service is complete in all the matters.

This Hon'ble Court, on 30th September, 2022, was pleased to pass the following order:

" Issue notice, returnable on 19.10.2022. 

Tag with SLP (C) No. 12158/2020. "

It is submitted that pursuant to the order quoted above the instant matter was tagged with SLP (C) 12158/2020 and show cause notice was issued to all the 3 respondents on 4.10.2022 through registered A.D. Mr. Arvind Kumar Sharma, Advocate appearing on behalf of all the 3 respondents has on 23.2.23 filed Counter Affidavit on their behalf and copies of the same has been placed with SLP Paperbooks.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has on 23.1.23 filed Application for detagging (regd. as IA no. 17262/2023) and copies of the same has been included in SLP paperbooks.

It is lastly submitted that, Counsel for the petitioner has on 12th August, 2023 filed Rejoinder Affidavit to the counter affidavit along-with Application seeking permission to file the rejoinder affidavit without filling court fee. However, copy of the same has been placed with SLP Paperbooks. There is a deficit court fee of Rs. 100/-.

SLP (C) 12570/2020

It is submitted that Counter Affidavit has already been filed on behalf of Respondent nos. 1 to 4 in the matters and copies of the same have already been included in SLP paperbooks. Counsel appearing for rest of the parties have not filed counter affidavit so far in the matter in terms of order dated 9.12.2021. Mr. Arvind Kumar Sharma, Advocate has on 15.11.2022 filed memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent nos. 1 to 4. Counsel for the petitioner has filed Rejoinder Affidavit in the matters and copy of the same has already been included in SLP Paperbooks.

It is further submitted that Mr. Mukesh Kumar, Advocate has on 16.09.2023 filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the Petitioner after take NOC from erstwhile Advocate and he has on 21.09.2023 filed Application for Vacating Stay (registered has IA no. 193466 of 2023) and copy of the same is being circulated herewith.

It is lastly submitted that the matter was mentioned on 31st August, 2023, and the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:

                 "Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for de-tagging of contempt petition from the main matter.

                   List on 27.09.2023."

Accordingly the Contempt petition (C) No. 151/2021 in C.A. No. 1475-1481/2019 was de-tagged.
