The matters above-mentioned were listed before the  Hon'ble Court, on 31st March, 2022, with Office Report dated 21st March, 2022, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

" Issue notice in SLP(C) No. 14938/2020. 

 Ms. Sumita Hazarika, learned Advocate on record accepts notice on some of the respondents in SLP(C) No.14938/2020. 

 Let notice be served upon the other respondents. 

At the request of learned counsel for the respondents, list the matters on 07.04.2022. "

SLP (C) No.5/2021

It is submitted that there are total 147 respondents in this SLP. Ms. Sumita Hazarika, Advocate appearing on behalf of some of the respondents has filed Counter Affidavit and copy of the same have been placed with SLP paper books. 

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has not taken fresh steps for effecting service of notice on unserved respondents. 

Service of notice is not complete. 

SLP (C) No.14938/2020

It is submitted that there are total 440 respondents in this SLP. Counsel for the Petitioner has not filed spare copies in SLP. Hence, notice could not be issued to the respondents. Ms. Sumita Hazarika, Advocate appearing on behalf of some of the respondents has neither filed Vakalatnama/Appearance nor Counter Affidavit on their behalf so far. 

Service of notice is not complete. 

SLP (C) No.7228/2021

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 31st March, 2022 e-filed application for substitution of LRs of deceased Respondent Nos.34, 57, 64, 66, 90, 92, 93, 104, 143 & 158 alongwith applications for setting aside abatement and condonation of delay of 2368, 1153, 250, 2206, 242, 1061, 2458, 246, 2654 and 532 days respectively in filing substitution application (registered as I.A. Nos.49192, 49194 and 49196 of 2022) and copy of the same is being circulated herewith. 

It is further submitted that Ms. Sumita Hazarika, Advocate appearing on behalf of some of the respondents has not Counter Affidavit on their behalf so far. 

It is lastly submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has not taken fresh steps for effecting service of notice on unserved respondents. 

Service of notice is not complete. 

The Petitions with applications above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
