It is submitted that there are two respondents in the matter. Ms. Malvika Kapila, Advocate has on 23.02.2024 e-filed Vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent No. 1 after obtaining NOC from erstwhile Advocate Mr. Ashawani Kumar. The Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 1 has already been included in the SLP paper book.
It is further submitted that Mr. Amrish Kumar, Counsel for respondent no. 2 has 14.07.2023 filed Short Affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 2 and the same was already included in SLP paper book.
