The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08th February, 2023, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

" List on 21.02.2023"

It is submitted that there are 4 respondents in the matter. Counsel for Mr. Rishi Kumar Gautam, Advocate for the respondent no. 1 has on 06.02.2023 filed an additional affidavit alongwith application for official translation but the same is defective as the court fees of the application has not been paid and some of the pages of annexures in the said document are not legible, in small font size and are of dim impression and the defects have been notified to the counsel by this registry's email dated 13.02.2023 but have not been cured by him so far. However, the said affidavit is being circulated herewith.

 It is further submitted that pursuant to Court's order dated 10.01.2023, counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Hiren Dasan, Advocate has on 18.01.2023 filed an additional affidavit and copy of the same is already included in the paperbooks.  However, no reply to the affidavit filed by any of the counsel of respondents except Mr. Rishi Kumar Gautam, Advocate for the respondent no. 1 so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Rishi Kumar Gautam, Advocate for Respondent No. 1 has still not filed the application for amendment in the cause title as the name of Respondent No. 1 has been changed, instead he has filed letter stating the same therein alongwith vakalatnama.

Service of notice is complete in the matter.

The Petition alongwith application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
