 Issue notice. 

 In the meantime, status quo, as it exists today, shall be maintained by the parties. "

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the twleve respondents through registered A.D. post on 23rd May, 2022. As per track report of India post, service of notice is complete on Respondent Nos.1, 8 and 12, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.  Unserved cover in respect of Respondent Nos.2 and 3 with postal remarks "Deceased" and Respondent Nos.4 to 7 and 9 to 11 with postal remarks "Left without instructions" have been received. 

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos.2 to 7 and 9 to 11. 

The Petition above-mentioned is listed before the  Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
