" SLP(C) No. 12272/2021 

 Despite due service, none appears on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 3 to 5. However, Mr. Yashraj Sing Bundela, Ld. Advocate for Mr. Amrish Kumar, AOR has appeared on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 3 to 5. He seeks and is granted four weeks time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit. 

 Counter affidavit has already been filed on behalf of respondent nos. 2, 6 and 7. 

 Ld. Counsel for respondent no. 8 has failed to file counter affidavit. 

 Four weeks time, is granted to respondent no. 9 to file counter affidavit. 

 List again on 15.02.2023.

 Despite due service, none appears on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 3 and 5. However, Mr. Yashraj Sing Bundela, Ld. Advocate for Mr. Amrish Kumar, AOR has appeared on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 3 to 5. He seeks and is granted four weeks time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit. 

 Counter affidavit has already been filed on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 6. 

 Ld. Counsel for respondent no. 7 has adopted counter affiavit filed in SC 12272/2021. 

 Four weeks time, is granted to respondent no. 8 to file counter affidavit. 

 Ms. Srishti Agnihotri, Ld. Counsel has filed IA for intervention. Same be processed the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers, for further directions.

 Despite due service, none appears on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 5. However, Mr. Nikhil Jain, AOR has appeared on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 5. He seeks and is granted four weeks time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit. 

 Await service in respect of respondent no. 6. However, as prayed, dasti, is permitted to be served, upon taking fresh steps in this regard within two weeks. 

 List again on 15.02.2023."

It is submitted that Mr. Amrish Kumar, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 3 to 5 but has not filed Counter affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that Counsel for Respondent no. 9 has not filed Counter affidavit so far. Counter affidavit has already been filed on behalf of Respondent nos. 2, 6 and 7. 

It is further submitted that no counter affidavit has been filed so far in respect of Respondent nos 8.

Service of notice is complete.

It is submitted that Mr. Amrish Kumar, Advocate has not filed Vakalatnama and Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 3 to 5 so far.

It is further submitted that no Counter affidavit has been filed so far in respect of Respondent no.8

Counter affidavit has already been filed on behalf of Respondent nos. 2, 6 and 7.

Service of notice is complete.

It is submitted that Mr. Nikhil Jain, Advocate has on 14.02.2023 filed Vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent nos. 1 to 5 but the counter affidavit is defective as the counsel has not filed the index of the counter affidavit.

It is further submitted that fresh notice was issued to Respondent no. 6  by registered A.D post as well as through Dasti mode on 28.01.2023.

As per tracking report notice has been returned to GPO Delhi with postal remarks "Door Locked." on behalf of Respondent no.6.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has not filed affidavit with proof of dasti service so far in respect of unserved Respondent no.6.

Service of notice is incomplete in respect of respondent no. 6.
