The matter above mentioned with Office Report dated 18.10.2021 was listed before the Hon'ble Court, on 22nd October, 2021, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:
" According to the office report dated 18.10.2021, service is completed on all the three respondents.
No one has put appearance on behalf of the respondents.
Till further orders of this Court, further proceeding in Crl. Misc. Case no. 55/2020 titled as "Abhishek Arya Vs. Sunita" pending in the court of Principal Judge Family Court, District Bulandshahr U.P. shall remain stayed."
There are three respondents in the matter.
It is submitted that pursuant to the order quoted above, Certified copy of the Hon'ble Court's order dated 22.10.2021 was sent to the concerned Court for compliance.
It is further submitted that Ms. Prerna Chaturvedi, Advocate has through E-filing on 15.01.2022 filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of respondent no. 1 and has also filed Counter affidavit alongwith application seeking exemption from filing Official Translation after serving its copy through E-mail on other side. The said application has been registered as Interlocutory Application No. 8955 of 2022. Copy of the Counter Affidavit alongwith Interlocutory Application has been placed with the paper books for kind persual of the Hon'ble Court.
It is also submitted that as Ms. N. Annapoorani, Advocate has on 13.06.2022 filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of respondent No. 2 alongwith Counter Affidavit after serving is copy through E-mail on the other side. Copy of the same has been placed with the paper books of the petition for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
It is further submitted that as per track report of the postal authority notice has already been delivered to respondent no 3 on 08.10.2021 and A.D card has also received, but no one has filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance on his behalf so far.
It is lastly submitted that counsel for the sole petitioner has on 20.07.2022 filed Additional affidavit after serving its copy on the other side through E-mail. Copy of the same has been placed with the paper books of the petition for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
Service of show cause notice is complete on all the three respondents.
The Petition above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
