The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court, on 27th October, 2021, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:
" Issue notice.
In the meantime, further proceedings in O.P. No.796 of 2021 titled as “Kowluru Krishna Karthik Vs. Garimella Sai Sailaja” pending before the Judge, Family Court L.B. Nagar, R.R. District, Telangana State, shall remain stayed."
Accordingly certified copy of the Court's Order was issued to the concerned Court on 2nd November, 2021 and as per postal tracking report same has been delivered to concerned court on 06-11-2021.
It is submitted that show cause notice was issued to the sole respondent 11th November, 2021 and as per postal tracking report same has been delivered on 15-11-2021.
It is also submitted that Mr.Gopal Jha, Advocate has on 7-12-2021 filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of sole respondent but has not filed counter affidavit so far.
Service of notice is complete.
