The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 09th March, 2022 with an office report dated 08.3.2022, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Learned counsel for the respondents states that he had filed counter affidavit yesterday night.

List in the week commencing 28.03.2022 on a non-miscellaneous day by which date rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed. It is understood that on the next date of hearing the matter may be heard finally."

There are 7 respondents in this matter.

It is submitted that in view of the above mentioned order, Mr. Soayib Qureshi, counsel for respondent No.5 has on 09.3.2022 filed counter affidavit alongwith  an application for exemption from filing official translation(I.A. No.36091/2022) and an application for exemption from filing typed copies of dim, illegible and non-certified copies of the annexures (I.A. No.36092/2022) and the same have been included in paper books.

It is further submitted that Mr. Vipin Nair, counsel for the petitioner has on 25.3.2022 filed rejoinder affidavit to the counter affidavit of respondent No.5 alongwith annexures P-1 to P-6 but application for exemption from filing official translation of translated annexures has not been filed. However, the same is being circulated to the Hon'ble Court.

It is also submitted that Mr. Soayib Qureshi, counsel for respondent No.5 has on 26.3.2022 filed an application for permission to place on record additional documents (I.A. No. 45565/2022) and the same is being circulated to the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Mr. Vipin Nair, counsel for the petitioner has on 28.3.2022 filed Compilation of Statutes but he has not served its copy on other side counsel. However, the same is being circulated to the Hon'ble Court.

It is lastly submitted that service of notice is already complete on respondent Nos.1 to 4, 6 and 7 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

Service of notice is complete.
