This Ld. Registrar's Court, on 02nd January, 2024, was pleased to pass the following order:

" Respondent No.1 has already filed counter affidavit. 

   Service is complete on respondent Nos. 2,3,5,7 but none has entered appearance. 

  Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is granted two weeks’ time, as last opportunity, to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars in respect of the unserved respondent No.4. Dasti, in addition, is allowed as prayed for. 

  Respondent No.6 has been deleted from the array of parties in terms of order dated 16.10.2023 passed by the Hon’ble Judge in Chambers. 

  List again on 08.02.2024."

It is submitted that, Respondent no.1 is represented through Mr. Ankur Mittal, Advocate and counter affidavit on his behalf has been filed.

It is further submitted that, Respondent nos.2,5 and 7 have been served with the notice but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

It is further submitted that, Respondent no.3 is represented through M/s. Parekh & Co. Adv. but no counter affidavit on his behalf has been filed so far.

It is further submitted that, pursuant to aforesaid order, show cause notice on behalf of Respondent no.4 was issued through registered A.D. post as well as Dasti. However, Mr. Ashok Mathur, Advocate has on 05.02.2024 e-filed vakalatnama/appearance but no counter affidavit on his behalf has been filed so far.

It is submitted that, Name of Respondent no.6 has been deleted from the array of the parties vide order dated 16.10.2023.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
