This Hon'ble Court, on 01st September, 2023, was pleased to pass the following order:

"Delay condoned. 

Issue notice, returnable on 20th November, 2023. 

We make it clear that all steps taken on the basis of the advertisement will be subject to further orders which may be passed in the Special Leave Petition."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the six respondents through registered A.D. post on 15.09.2023. Mr. Ashwarya Sinha, Advocate has on 13.10.2023 e-filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No.3, but he has not filed Counter Affidavit so far. As per track report of India Post, service of notice is complete on Respondent Nos.1, 2 & 4, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far and show cause notice issued to Resondent Nos.5 and 6 have been returned unserved with postal remarks "No such person in the address/Insufficient Address".

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos.5 and 6.

The Petition with application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court/ Hon'ble Judge in Chamber/ Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
