This Hon'ble Court, on 01st August, 2022, was pleased to pass the following order:

" Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the self same question is pending in this Court in SLP(C) Diary No. 24470/2020, in which notice has been issued on 17.03.2021.

 Issue notice and tag with SLP(C) Diary No. 24470/2020. "

Accordingly matters have been tagged with SLP(C) Diary No. 24470/2020.

It is submitted that pursuant to aforesaid order Show Cause Notice was issued to Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 on 23.8.2022 through registered A.D post.  As per India Post Track Report notice have been delivered to Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Both the SLPs filed by cross parties. 

Service is complete upon Respondent Nos. 1 to 5.

SLP(C) Nos.1892-1893/2023

This Hon'ble Court, on 20th January, 2023, was pleased to pass the following order:

" Delay condoned.

 Issue notice.

Tag with SLP(C) No. 12504-12505 of 2022. "

Accordingly matters have been tagged with SLP(C) Nos. 12504-12505 of 2022.

It is submitted that pursuant to aforesaid order Show Cause Notice was issued to respondent nos. 1 to 5 on 7.3.2023 through registered A.d post.  Mr. Kunal Chatterjee , Advocate has on 30.6.2023 filed vakalatnama/appearance and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no.1 and copy of the counter affidavit is being circulated herewith. As per India Post Track Report notice have been delivered to respondent nos. 2 to 5 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. 

It is further submitted that Respondent No. 1 is sole petitioner in SLP(C) Nos. 12504-12505/2022 & Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 are common respondents in both the SLP (C) Nos. 12504-12505/2022 & 1892-1893/2023.

Service is complete upon respondent nos. 1 to 5.

The Petitions along with applications above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
