It is submitted that pursuant to Order quoted above, Ms. Parijat Sinha, Advocate has on 30-1-2024 filed Reply on behalf of the Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to I.A. NO. 185186 of 2023 (application for directions) filed on behalf of Petitioners.  Copy of the same is being circulated herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.   Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 are already on record, accordingly, Counsel for the Petitioner has filed Rejoinder Affidavit.  Copy of Counter Affidavit and Rejoinder Affidavit already been placed with SLP Paper Books.  No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 so far though served with notice.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

It is submitted that Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 are represented through Mr. Parijat Sinha, Advocate who has already filed separate Counter Affidavit on their behalf.  Copy of the same have already been placed with SLP Paper Books.  Respondent No. 4 and 5 & 6 are represented through Mr. Amrish Kumar and Mr. G. K. Bansal, Advocates respectively, who have not filed Counter Affidavit on their behalf so far.

It is submitted that there are 6 respondents in the matter. Mr. Parijat Sinha, Advocate appearing for respondent nos. 1 to 3 has filed Counter Affidavits on their behalf and the same have been included in SLP paperbooks. Mr. G.K. Bansal, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of respondent no. 4 but he has not filed Counter Affidavit on his behalf so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent no. 5 though served. Mr. Amrish Kumar, Advocate appearing on behalf of respondent no. 6 has on 23.8.2022 filed application for deletion of Respondent No. 6 (registered as IA no. 119929/2022) and the same has been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has on 25.1.0223 filed  Rejoinder Affidavit along with Application for permission to file Rejoinder Affidavit ( regd. as IA no. 18916/2023) and copies of the same have been included in SLP paperbooks.

It is lastly submitted that Mr. Devvrat, Advocate has on 25.4.2023 filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of the petitioner after obtaining NOC from erstwhile advocate. He has on 10.01.2024 filed Application for Permission to file Additional Documents (as IA Diary no. 8296/2024) is defective in respect of deficit Court fee of Rs. 100/- however copies of the same have been included in SLP paperbooks.

SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION (C) NOS. 5291 OF 2022

It is submitted that there are 4 respondents in the matter. Mr. Parijat Sinha, Advocate has already field separate counter affidavits on behalf of respondent nos. 1 ,2 & 3 and copy of the same has been included in SLP Paper Books. 

It is further submitted that Mr. Amrish Kumar, Advocate has filed vakalatnama /appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 4 and thereafter he has e-filed an application for deletion in respect of Respondent No. 4 (Regd. as I.A. No. 119859 of 2022).  Copy of the same has been included in the SLP Paper Books.

SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION (C) NOS. 14419 OF 2022

It is submitted that there are 6 respondents in the matter. Mr. Parijat Sinha, Advocate has filed separate counter affidavits on behalf of respondent nos. 1,2 & 3. Copy of the same have already been included in SLP Paper Books. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 4 to 6 though served through Track Report. Counsel for the petitioner has e-filed rejoinder affidavit on behalf of petitioner no.1 without filing application for permission to file Rejoinder affidavit. Copy of the same has been placed with SLP Paper Books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petition13339er has filed an application for appropriate directions (Registered as I.A.No. 27003/2023) and application for stating additional documents (Registered as I.A No. 72183/2023) as Volume-I and Volume -II and copies of the documents have been placed with SLP Paper Books.

It is lastly submitted that Mr. Parijat Sinha, Advocate has on 19.4.2023 filed separate reply to the application No. 27003/2023 (filed by the counsel for the petitioner ) on behalf of respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3 and copies of the same have been placed with SLP Paper Books.

SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION (C) NOS. 8002 OF 2022

It is submitted that there are 4 respondents in the matter. Mr. Parijat Sinha, Advocate has filed three separate counter affidavits on behalf of respondent nos. 1,2 & 3. Copy of the same have already been included in SLP Paper Books. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 4 (UoI) though served through Track Report. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed rejoinder affidavit so far.
