It is submitted that Mr. Sudhanshu S. Choudhari has designated as Senior Advocate. Notice for alternative arrangement was issued to Respondent Nos. 1, 3, 4, 5 and 7 and notice is in transit.

It is further submitted that Mr. V.D. Khanna, Advocate has on 07.02.2024 filed vakalatnama/memo of appearance only on behalf of Respondent No. 2.

It is further submitted that Mr. Sudhashu S. Choudhari (now designated as Sr. Advocate) has on 12.01.2024 filed an application for permission to file additional documents. The application (I.A. No. 9714/2023) is having small font and dim impression of Annexure A-1. However, copy of the application has been placed with the SLP paper books. 

It is further submitted that Mr. P.S Sureshan, Advocate has on 17.01.2024 filed counter affidavit to the I.A. No. 9714/2023 (copy of the same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court for kind perusal. 

Service of notice is complete but service is awaited of alternative arrangement in respect of Respondent Nos. 1, 3, 4, 5 and 7.

The matter along-with applications above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
