The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court, on 18th July, 2022, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

" Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 

 A prima facie case has been made out for issue of notice to the other side. 

 Let notice be issued to the respondent, returnable after six weeks.

 In the meantime, further proceedings in Transfer of HMA Petition No. 1020/2021 titled as "Vipin Kumar Vs. Kiran Tomar @ Sona" Signature Not Verified pending before the Ld. Principal Judge, Family Court, North/East, Karkardooma Court, Delhi, shall remain stayed."

Accordingly notice was issued to the sole respondent through Registered A.D post on 30.07.2022.

It is submitted that as per track report of the postal authority notice has been delivered to the sole respondent on 01.08.2022 and Mr. Ankit Agarwal, Advocate has on 29.08.2022 filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of the sole respondent and has on 15.10.2022 hast filed Counter Affidavit after serving its copy through E-mail  on the other side.  Copy of the same is being circulated herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

Service of show cause notice is complete on sole respondent.

The Petition above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
