Note:- It is submitted that Counsel for Petitioner has filed Application for Substitution to bring on record legal representatives of Deceased Petitioner viz.Mandhadapu Annapurnamma  (Appellant No. 2 in WA No. 344/2021 and Respondent No. 6 in WA No. 369/2021, petitioner no. 2 in Review IA No. 2/2021 before High Court respectively).
