"Issue notice, returnable within four weeks.
Dasti, in addition, is permitted.
In the meantime, status quo as of today, shall be maintained by the parties with regard to the suit property."
Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the 5 respondents through Regd. A.D. Post and dasti, in addition, to counsel for the petitioners for effecting service upon the respondents. As per India Post tracking reports, all the 5 notices have been delivered, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf, so far. Counsel for the petitioners has not filed affidavit with proof of dasti service, so far.
