In the meantime, there shall be a stay of further proceedings in M.C No. 366 of 2022 titled as âShri Tushar Kulshrestha Vs. Smt Neha Jauhari Kulshresthaâ pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court at Kasganj, Uttar Pradesh."
It is submitted notice and stay could not be issued as the counsel for the petitioner has on 28.07.2022 filed two applications for modification of the order dated 25.07.2022 and application for amendment of prayer which have been registered as Interlocutory Application Nos. 104389 & 104393 of 2022 respectively.
