This Hon'ble Court, on 28th February, 2022, was pleased to pass the following order:

" The Court is convened through Video Conferencing. 

 Heard learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as also the learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.1 - New Delhi Municipal Council. 

 Issue notice. 

 Mr. Yoginder Handoo, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1. 

In the meantime, there shall be stay of further proceedings pursuant to impugned demand."

It is submitted that pursuant to aforesaid order, show cause notice was issued to all 3 respondents through registered A.D. Mr. Amrish Kumar Sharma, Advocate has on 12.04.2022 e-filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of the respondent No. 3 as well as short affidavit. The copy of the same has been included in SLP paper books. As per tracking report of India Post, service of notice is complete on respondent Nos. 1 and 2, but no one has entered appearance on behalf of them. However, Mr. Yoginder Handoo, Advocate accepted notice on behalf of the respondent No. 1 before the Hon'ble Court on 28.02.2022.  

Service is complete.

The Petition above-mentioned is listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
