1. This matter was lastly listed on 07-01-2025 and the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:

" The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions, states that the contesting parties have reached in principle settlement and necessary documents will be executed within a period of two weeks from today.
