This Hon'ble Court, on 18th September, 2023, was pleased to pass the following order:

" In view of the letter circulated on behalf of respondent No.1,  after one week."

It is submitted that there are 10 respondents in this petition. Respondent No.1 is represented through  Mr. Nishit Agrawal, Advocate and he has e-filed Counter Affidavit and copy of the same has been placed with SLP paper books.  Respondent No.3 is represented through Mr. Ajit Sharma, Advocate and Respondent No.6 is represented through Mr. Sachin Sharma, Advocate, but they have not filed Counter Affidavit on their behalf so far. As per track report of India Post, service of notice is complete on Respondent Nos.2, 4, 5, and 7 to 10, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. 

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has e-filed Rejoinder Affidavit to Counter Affidavit of Respondent No.1 with the permission of Hon'ble Court and additional documents alongwith application for permission to place on record additional documents (registered I.A.No.63850 of 2023) and copies of same have been placed with SLP paper books. 

It is further submitted that Mr. Sachin Sharma, Advocate has on 23rd February, 2023 filed application for discharge as Advocate on Record of Respondent No.6 (registered as I.A. No.41346 of 2023) and copy of the same has been placed with SLP paper books. 

It is further submitted that pursuant to letter circulated as referred to in Hon'ble Court's order dated 11.07.2023, Counsel for Respondent No.1 has not filed any application for bringing on recod additional documents so far. 

AND the matter was mentioned before the Hon'ble Court, on 16th October, 2023, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

" List on 21.11.2023."

It is lastly submitted that Mr. Sachin Sharma, Advocate for Respondent No.6 has on 02.011.2023 filed a letter dated 01.11.2023 requesting therein to list his IA No.41346/2023 for discharge before Hon'ble Judge-in-Chamber. A copy of the said letter  is enclosed herewith.
