This Hon'ble Court, on 24th March, 2023, was pleased to pass the following order:

" Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) has made reference in short counter affidavit to certain documents produced in  support of the claims of the petitioner(s) but in the rejoinder affidavit, it has been averred that there are other documents which would establish that the petitioner(s) were residing from much earlier date. 

 Learned ASG, Mr. Sanjay Jain, will get definite instructions about the same and will be free to file additional counter affidavit, if need arises. Respondents are permitted to file additional documents. 

 List on 11.04.2023."

It is submitted that pursuant to Hon'ble Court's order quoted above, Counsel for Respondent No.1 has filed additional documents alongwith application for permsision to file additional documents (registered as I.A. No.70060/2023) in place of Additional Counter Affidavit and copy of the same is being circulated herewith. 

It is further submitted that there are three respondents in this petition. Respondent No.1 is represented through Ms. Shalini Chandra, Advocate and she has filed Counter Affidavit and copy of the same is placed with SLP paper books. Respondent No.2 is represented through  Mr. Ajay Vikram Singh, Advocate and he has e-filed Counter Affidavit alongwith Reply to I.A. No.126504 of 2022 (Application for permission to file additional documents) and copy of the same is placed with SLP paper books. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No.3 though duly served with notice.

Service is complete .
