The Transfer Petition above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 20.04.2021 when the same was closed in terms of signed reportable order.  Copy of order dated 20.04.2021 is included in the miscellaneous application paper books.

It is submitted that Mr. Sibo Sankar Mishra, Advocate has on 19.10.2022 filed application for direction (M.A. Diary No. 33859/2022) on behalf of High Court of Orissa and same is found defective as Advocate has not mentioned names of District Bar Associations who are violating Hon'ble Court's order in the prayer portion of the application and an letter in this regard was sent to the Advocate through e-mail.  Copy of the application has been placed with transfer petition paper books.

It is further submitted that instead of curing defects Mr. Sibo Sankar Mishra, Advocate has on 11.11.2022 filed additional affidavit of Registrar General High Court of Orissa. Copy of additional affidavit has been placed with miscellaneous application paper books.

The application above-mentioned was mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 2nd November, 2022, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"List on 14.11.2022."

The unregistered miscellaneous application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
