This Hon'ble Court, on 01st December, 2022, was pleased to pass the following order:

"Heard learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the material placed on 

record. Applications seeking exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned Order as also seeking exemption from filing official 

translation of the Annexure are allowed. 

Issue notice returnable after four weeks.

Mr.   Manish   Tiwari,   learned   Advocate­on­Record,   who   is   on caveat, accepts and waives formal notice on behalf of Respondent No.5. 

The   other   respondents,   in   addition   to   usual   service,   shall also be served through Dasti process as well. 

Meanwhile,   status­quo   re:   possession   shall   be   maintained   by the parties. "

Pursuant to the above quoted order, notice returnable for 02.01.2023 was issued to all the 7 Respondents through usual mode and Dasti as well. As per India Post, notice has been delivered to R-1 to R-5, however, neither A. D. Card nor unserved envelopes have been received back in respect of R-6 and R-7 so far. Further, Counsel for the Petitioner has not filed proof of Dasti Service after duly served all the 7 Respondents. 

It is further submitted that Mr. Surender Singh Hooda, Advocate has on 01.07.2023 filed Vakalatnama along with Memo of appearance on behalf of R-1 to R-4 but he has not filed Counter Affidavit so far. Mr. Manish Tiwari, Advocate is representing R-5 has also not filed Counter Affidavit so far. 

Service is not complete in respect of R-6 and R-7 so far. 

The Petition above-mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
