The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court, on 30th November, 2022, when the court was pleased to pass the following order:

" 1. Delay condoned.

2. Issue notice, returnable within four weeks.

3. Original records be requisitioned.

4. In the meantime, execution shall remain stayed. "

It is submitted that photocopy of original record of the Trial court and High court has been received from the Punjab and Haryana High court in view of order dated 30.11.2022 in SLP(C)nos. 22471-72 of 2022. Some pages of the record have dim impression and small font. The Photocopy of the original record is available in the court for kind perusal.

It is further submitted that there is a common sole respondent in the matter. Accordingly show cause notice has been issued to sole respondent through Registered AD post. Mr. Sanyat Lodha, Advocate has filed vakalatnama and memo of appearance and reply affidavit on behalf of common sole respondent. Copy of the reply affidavit is already included in SLP paper books.

Service of show cause notice is complete on common sole respondent.

The matter above mentioned was lastly listed before Hon'ble Court, on 24th April, 2023, when the court was pleased to pass the following order:

" 1. In view of letter circulated by learned counsel for the petitioners seeking an adjournment to file rejoinder affidavit, three weeks'™ time is granted for the said purpose. 

 2. Post these matters for hearing on 24.07.2023. 

 3. Interim order dated 30.11.2022 to continue, meanwhile. "

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 11.05.2023 filed Rejoinder affidavit with the permission of the Hon'ble court. Copy of the same is already included in SLP paper book.

The Petition above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
