It is submitted that Ms. Amrita Verma, Advocate who appeared on behalf of Mr. Samar Vijay Sihgh, Advocate for the respondent-State has not filed vakalatnama & memo of appearance and counter affidavit in all the three matters.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken appropriate steps in respect of deceased respondent no. 1 so far.

Service is complete on respondent nos. 2 and 3 but no one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3 and respondent no. 1 (deceased).

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken appropriate steps in respect of deceased respondent no. 5 so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete on respondent nos. 1 to 4 & 6-11 but no one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 4 & 6-11 and incomplete on respondent no. 5 (deceased).
