 Service is complete on respondent Nos.2 and 3. Ld. Advocate, Mr.Keshav Mittal, appearing on behalf of Mr.Samar Vijay Singh, Advocate-on-record appears for respondent Nos.2 and  3 and seeks time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit. Be filed within four weeks.

Application for substitution filed alongwith Application for condonation of delay in filing substitution in respect of deceased respondent No.5 has been notified to be defective. Defects be cured within four weeks. 

 Respondent Nos. 1 to 4, LRs. of deceased respondent No. 5 i.e. 5 (i and ii) and respondent Nos.6 to 9 are granted four weeks'™ time for filing counter affidavit.

 Application for substitution filed alongwith Application for condonation of delay in filing substitution in respect of deceased respondent No.1 has been notified to be defective. Defects be cured within four weeks.

 Respondent Nos. 2 to 4, LRs. of deceased respondent No. 1 i.e. 1 (i to iii) are granted four weeks' time for filing counter affidavit.

 Service is complete on respondent Nos.5 and 6 but none has entered appearance.

  List again on 21.08.2023. "

It is submitted that there are total 3 respondent in the matter. The counsel for the petitioner has on 11.07.2023 filed the application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs of deceased R no. 1 along with the application for setting aside abatement and condonation of delay in filing setting aside abatement and same is to be listed before the Hon'ble Court's (In-Chamber). However Mr. Surender Singh Hooda, Advocate has on 06.07.2023 filed the vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of LRs. of deceased R No. 1 (ie. 1 (i to ii)).

It is further submitted that Mr.Samar Vijay Singh, Advocate has not filed vakalatnama & memo of appearance and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3 so far.

Service is complete on respondent nos. 2 and 3 through tracking report but no one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3  and respondent no. 1 (deceased)

It is submitted that there are total 11 respondent in the matter. The counsel for the petitioner has on 11.07.2023 filed the application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs of deceased R no. 5 along with the application for setting aside abatement and condonation of delay in filing setting aside abatement and same is to be listed before the Hon'ble Court's (In-Chamber).

It is further submitted that Mr. Surender Singh Hooda, Advocate has on 06.07.2023 filed the vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of R Nos. 1 to 4, LRs. of deceased R No. 5 (ie. 5 (i to ii)) and 6 to 9  but has not filed the counter affidavit.

Service of show cause notice is complete on R Nos. 1 to 4 & 6 to 9 through advocate and R Nos. 10 -11 through tracking report but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far and R No. 5 (deceased) (application for substitution is defective).

It is submitted that there are total 6 respondent in the matter. The counsel for the petitioner has on 11.07.2023 filed the application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs of deceased R no. 1 along with the application for setting aside abatement and condonation of delay in filing setting aside abatement and same is to be listed before the Hon'ble Court's (In-Chamber).

It is further submitted that Mr. Surender Singh Hooda, Advocate has on 06.07.2023 filed the vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of R Nos. 2 to 4, LRs. of deceased R No. 1 (ie. 1 (i to iii)) but has not filed counter affidavit so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete on R Nos. 2 to 4 through advocate and R Nos. 5 -6 through tracking report but no one has entered appearance on their behalf respondent nos. 2 to 4 so far and R No. 1 (deceased) (application for substitution is defective).

The Petitions above-mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
