It is submitted that Mr. Aakash Sirohi, Advocate for the respodent no. 3 has on 22.02.2023 filed counter affidavit alongwith application for exemption from filing official translation (I.A NO. 40605/2023). The copy of the same is being circulated to the Hon'ble Court. The counsel for the petitioner has not filed the rejoinder affidavit for the same so far.

 Ms. Tulika Mukherjee, Counsel for the respondent no. 1 has already filed the counter affidavit and rejoinder affidavit has also been filed by the counsel for petitioner. Service of notice is complete on respondent no. 2 but none has entered appearance on its behalf so far.
