The matter was listed before the Ld. Registrar Court, on 04th July, 2023, was pleased to pass the following order:

" Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are granted four weeks' time for filing counter affidavit.

  Service is complete on respondent Nos.7 to 10. Ld. Advocate-on-record, Mr. Krishanu Barua submits that he has filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent Nos. 7 to 10 yesterday and prays for time to file counter affidavit. Registry to verify and update the records. Four weeks'™ time is granted for filing counter affidavit.

 Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is granted two weeks'™ time to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars in respect of unserved respondent Nos. 3 to 6, 11 & 12.

 List again on 07.08.2023."

It is submitted that pursuant to aforesaid order, counsel for Respondent nos.1 & 2 has not filed counter affidavit so far.

Mr. Krishanu Barua, Advocate has on 05.07.2023 filed vakalantama on behalf of Respondent nos. 7 to 10 but the counsel has not filed counter affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that upon taking fresh steps and filed fresh particulars, fresh show cause notice was issued to Respondent Nos. 3 to 6, 11 & 12.

As per tracking report notice has been delivered to Respondent no. 12 but no one has entered appearance on his behalf so far.

Notice has been returned to GPO Delhi with postal remarks "Refused" in respect of Respondent nos. 3 to 6 & 11.

Refusal to accept the notice on behalf of Respondent nos. 3 to 6 & 11. Hence service of notice may be deemed as complete.

The Petition above-mentioned is listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
