Mr. Raj Bahadur Yadav, Advocate has filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no. 5 but has not filed counter affidavit so far. As per India Post track report notices have been delivered upon respondent nos. 1 to 4 and 6 to 16 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.
