It is submitted that there are 9 respondents in this matter. Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent nos. 3 & 4 (vakalatnama not filed on behalf of respondent no. 4) and common rejoinder affidavit has been placed with SLP paper books. Counsel appearing for respondent no. 1 & 2 has not filed counter affidavit so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 5 to 9 though served with notice.

Service is complete.

SLP (C) NOS. 8264-8265/2023

It is submitted that there are 11 respondents in SLP(C) No. 8264/2023 and 17 respondents in SLP(C) No. 8265/2023. Pursuant to this Hon'ble Court's order dated 17th July, 2023, counsel for respondent has not filed proof of service of copy of counter affidavit on behalf of common respondent nos. 3&4 and 1&2 in SLP(C) Nos. 8264-8265/2023 upon counsel for the petitioner in SLP(C) No. 8264-8265/2023, however, counsel for the petitioner has on 18.08.2023 e-filed common rejoinder affidavit to the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 4 in SLP(C) nos. 8264-8265/2023 and the same has been placed with SLP paper books. Neither unserved cover nor A.D. cards has been received in respect of respondent nos. 7 & 8 in SLP(C) No. 8264 of 2023 and in respect of respondent nos. 8,9,14 and 16 in SLP(C) No. 8265/2023 and notice could not be delivered upon respondent no. 11 in SLP(C) No. 8265/2023 with remarks 'can not be located'. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 5 to 6 and 9 to 11 in SLP(C) No. 8264/2023 and on behalf of respondent nos. 5,6,7,10,12, 13, 15 and 17 in SLP(C) No. 8265/2023 though served with notice.

Service is not complete on respondent no. 7 and 8 in SLP(C) No. 8264/2023 and on behalf of respondent nos. 8,9,11,14 and 16 in SLP(C) No. 8265/2023. 

It is lastly submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that Respondent nos. 1,2,3,4,5,7,8,10 and 11 in SLP(C) No. 8264/2023 are common respondent nos. 3,4,1,2,15,16,14,17 and 13 in SLP(C) No. 8265/2023 and petitioner nos. 2 & 3 and respondent nos. 6 & 9 in SLP(C) No. 8264/2023 are respondent nos. 10 & 12 and petitioner nos. 1 and 2 in SLP(C) Nos. 8265/2023.

Lastly, the matters above mentioned were listed before this Hon'ble Court, on 31st October, 2023, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"List on 28.11.2023 (NMD).

The Petitions along with applications above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
