Transfer Petition (c) Nos. 1120/2023 & 1126/2023:

The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court, on 12th May, 2023, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

" In view of letter circulated, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner in TP(Civil) No. 1120/2023 to file additional documents.

It appears that service is also not complete.

The petitioners to take steps to complete the service.

The matter be placed before the Court after the service and pleadings are complete."

Transfer Petition (C) No. 1120 of 2023:

There are four respondents in this matter.

It is submitted that the Counsel for the petitioner has neither filed spare copies of the petition nor has filed proof of serving the copy of the petition to the Counsel for the State so far, hence notice could not be issued so far.

It is further submitted that no one has entered appearance on behalf of the respondents so far despite accepting notice on behalf of the state in view of Hon'ble Court's order dated 28.04.2023.

Service of notice is not complete.

 Transfer Petition (C) No. 1126 of 2023:

It is submitted that after filing spare copies of the petition on 04.05.2023, notice has been issued to all the three respondents through the concerned High Court on 08.05.2023 through speed post.

It is further submitted that a certificate of service has been received from the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Jabalpur Bench stating that notice has been served to Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 on 10.05.2023 and to Respondent No. 2 on 09.05.2023, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

Service of notice is complete.

Transfer Petition (C) No. 1323 of 2023:

The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court, on 19th May, 2023, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Issue notice.

Tag with T.P.[C] No.1126/2023."

There are two respondents in this matter.

Accordingly, the instant matter has been tagged with T.P.(C) No. 1126/2023 and notice has been issued to both the respondents through the concerned High Court on 31.05.2023 through speed post.

It is submitted that as per postal tracking report, notice has been delivered to the concerned High Court on 06.06.2023, but service report in respect of both the respondents is still awaited.

Service of notice is not complete.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this office report.
