This Hon'ble Court, on 07th July, 2023, was pleased to pass the following order:

 "Issue notice to the respondents, returnable by 18.08.2023."

Thereafter the matters were again listed before the Hon'ble Court, on 03rd November, 2023, when the court was pleased to pass the following order:

" Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) to take fresh steps to serve the unserved respondents. "

It is submitted that there are 31 respondents, show cause notice was issued to all the respondents through High Courts by speed post on 21.07.2023. Ms. Charanya Lakshmi Kumaran, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of respondent No. 3 to 5, 23 and 24. Ms. Manju Jetley, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of respondent No. 8. But both of the counsel have not filed counter affidavit so far.  As per Certificate of service received from High Court of Delhi, notice upon respondent Nos. 1,26 to 29 have been served, service of notice is awaited upon respondent Nos. 6,19,25 and 30 and notice of service is unserved upon respondent Nos. 2,7,17 and 31 with remarks, "Closed, locked, no such firm and locked" respectively. As per Certificate of service received from High Court of Telangana, notice is served upon respondent No. 22. Certificate of service has been received from High Court of Punjab & Haryana, notice is served upon respondent No. 9. As per certificate of service received from High Court of Bombay, notice is served upon respondent Nos. 11  to 14, 16 and 18 and notice could not served upon respondent No. 15 with remarks, "Insufficient Address". Certificate of service has not been received from High Court of Calcutta (Respondent No. 10), and High Court of Rajesthan (respondent No. 20 and 21) so far.

Service is not complete upon respondent Nos. 2,6,7,10, 15,17,19,20, 21, 25, 30 and 31

The Petitions above-mentioned are listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
