This Hon'ble Court, on 12th May, 2023, was pleased to pass the following order:

" Heard the learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner. 

 Issue notice, returnable on 11.09.2023

 Learned Senior Counsel on instructions states that the petitioner is unable to comply with Clause (c) of the impugned order as the land has not been made over to the petitioner. In view of the statement made, there will be stay of Clause (d) of  the order dated 13.03.2023. "

It is submitted that there are common eleven Respondents in the both the matters. Pursuant to order quoted above Show Cause Notice was issued to all the Respondents through registered AD Post. As per India Post Tracking report, Notice has been delivered upon Respondent nos. 1 to 6, 10 & 11 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Service of notice is not conclusive upon Respondent nos 7 and 8 and notice could not be delivered upon Respondent no.9 with postal remarks-'Left without instructions.

Service of Show Cause Notice is not complete upon Respondent nos. 7 to 9.

The Petitions along with application above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
