"Issue notice.

Mr. Tushar Mehta, learned Solicitor General has appeared on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 on caveat.

Mr. Siddharth Dharmadhikari, learned Advocate- on-Record assisting learned Solicitor General accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Hence, formal service of notice on both these respondents is dispensed with.

Issue notice to the rest of the unserved respondents.

Notice shall be served by dasti in addition to regular service.

List on 01.08.2023."



It is submitted that there are total four respondents in this matter. In view of the order quoted above, notice was issued to Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 through registered A.D. Post as well as through dasti mode. Mr. Aaditya A. Pande, Advocate (caveator) for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2, has not filed counter affidavit so far. M/s. J.S. Wad, Advocate has on 04.07.2023 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 4 but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. As per tracking report, notice has been delivered to Respondent No. 3 but none has entered appearance on his behalf so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit with proof of dasti service in respect of respondent nos. 3 and 4 so far.

Service of notice is complete.

The Petition above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
