 Despite due service on respondent nos.1, 2 and 3, there is no appearance. 

 Four weeks time, as a last chance, is granted to respondent nos.4 and 5 to file counter affidavit. 

 After the expiry of said period, matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per rules. 

S.L.P.(C) Nos.12321, 12453, 12668, 12435, 12691, 12043, 11931 OF 2023 

 Ms. Megha Gaur, Ld. Advocate appearing for Mr. Parmanand Gaur, Ld. AOR and Ms. Himanshi Madan, Ld. Counsel appearing for Mr. Rajesh P., Ld. AOR seeks for time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no.6 in SLP(C) No. 12043/2023 and respondent no.5 in SLP(C) No. 12321/2023 respectively. One week time, is granted to Ld. Counsels to file vakalatnama on behalf of said respondents. If so filed, one week time, is granted to Ld. Counsel for petitioner to supply copy of the petition to Ld. Counsel appearing for respondents. Thereafter, four weeks time, is granted to file counter affidavit. 

 Four weeks time, as a last chance, is granted to appearing respondents to file counter affidavit. 

 Two weeks time, is granted as a last chance to Ld. counsel for the petitioner, to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars, to issue notice to unserved respondents. 

 List again on 15.12.2023."

It is submitted that Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 have not filed Counter Affidavit on their behalf so far.  No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 so far though served with notice.

SLP (C) NO. 11931 OF 2023

It is submitted that fresh show cause notice was issued to Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 through registered A.D. Post on 11-11-2023.  As per track report of the Postal Department, notice has been served on Respondent No. 2 and notice could not be served on Respondent No. 3 as "No such person in the address".  No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4 so far though served with notice.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent No. 3.

SLP(C) NO. 12043 OF 2023

It is submitted that Mr. Parmanand Gaur, Advocate has on 1-11-2023 filed Vakalatnama & memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 6 but has not filed Counter Affidavit on his behalf so far.  Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 20 and 21 has not filed Counter Affidavit so far.  No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3, 5, 7, 9 to 15 and 17 to 19 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.  Counsel for the Petitioner has neither taken fresh steps nor filed fresh particulars in respect of Respondent Nos. 4, 8, 16 and 22 to 24 so far hence show cause notice could not be issued.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 4, 8, 16 and 22 to 24.

SLP(C) NO. 12321 OF 2023

It is submitted that Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 4 and 6 have not filed Counter Affidavit on their behalf so far.  No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3, 5 and 8 so far though served with notice.  Counsel for the Petitioner has neither taken fresh steps nor filed fresh particulars in respect of unserved Respondent No. 7 so far hence show cause notice could not be issued.  Mr. Rajesh P., Advocate has not filed Vakalatnama & memo of appearance and Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 5 so far though he undertake before the Ld. Registrar Court.

SLP(C) NO. 12435 OF 2023

It is submitted that Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 have not filed Counter Affidavit on their behalf so far.   No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 so far though served with notice.  Counsel for the Petitioner has neither taken fresh steps nor filed fresh particulars in respect of unserved Respondent No. 4 so far hence show cause notice could not be issued.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent No. 4.

SLP(C) NO. 12453 OF 2023

It is submitted that fresh show cause notice was issued to Respondent No. 3 through registered A.D. Post on 14-11-2023. M/s. DSK Legal, Advocate has on 13-12-2023 filed Vakalatnama & memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 3.  Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 3 and 5 to 7 have not filed Counter Affidavit on their behalf so far.  No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 and 2 so far though served with notice.  Counter Affidavit has already been filed by Counsel for the Respondent No. 4.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION (C) NO. 12668 OF 2023

It is submitted that Mr. Rajiv Ranjan Dwivedi, Counsel for the Respondent No. 5 has on 13-12-2023 filed Counter Affidavit.  As per track report of the Postal Department, notice has been served on Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4 and 6 to 9 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.  Counsel for the Petitioner has neither taken fresh steps nor filed fresh particulars in respect of Respondent No. 3 so far hence show cause notice could not be issued.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent No. 3 .

It is submitted that Counsel for the Respondent No. 5 has not filed Counter Affidavit on his behalf so far.   No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 so far though served with notice.  Counsel for the Petitioner has neither taken fresh steps nor filed fresh particulars in respect of unserved Respondent No. 4 so far hence show cause notice could not be issued.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent No. 4.
