It is submitted that Mr. Samar Vijay Singh, Advocate has filed vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of State of Haryana (R.no.15). Copy of the counter affidavit is being circulated with this office report.
It is further submitted that counter affidavit has already been filed for R.nos. 4-5, 8-9, 11 and rejoinder affidavit has also been filed by the petitioner. Copy of both counter and rejoinder affidavits are included in the SLP paper books.
It is lastly submitted that no one has entered appearance on behalf of other respondents though served.
Service of notice is complete on all the 17 respondents.
