The Ld. Registrar's Court , on 06th November, 2023, was pleased to pass the following order:

"Despite due service on respondent nos.2 to 4, there is no appearance. However, Mr. Satwik Parikh, Ld. Advocate appearing for Mr. Niteen Kumar Sinha, Ld. AOR seeks for time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no.4. Four weeks time, is granted for the said purpose.

Four weeks time, is granted to Ld. counsel for petitioner to file application for substitution in respect of deceased respondent no.1.

List again on 11.01.2024."

It is submitted that pursuant to the order quoted above Mr. Rajeev M. Roy, Advocate has on 29.11.2023 e-filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no. 2 but has not filed counter affidavit so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 3 and 4 though served with notice. 

It is further submitted that pursuant to the order quoted above counsel for the petitioner has not filed an application for substittuion to bring on record LRs of deceased respondent no. 1 so far.

Service is not complete on respondent no. 1 (deceased).

The Petition above-mentioned is listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
