This Hon'ble Court, on 02nd April, 2024, was pleased to pass the following order:

" None appears for the petitioner. 

 As such, Ms. Shrutika Garg, (Mobile No. 8949407617 Email ID  shrutikasg5@gmail.com), who is present in the Court, is appointed as Amicus Curiae to assist the Court. 

 The mater stands passed over, enabling the learned Amicus Curiae to read the brief and assist the Court. 

 After pass over, the matter was taken up. 

 The assistance rendered by Ld. Amicus is highly appreciated Issue notice, returnable within four weeks. 

 In the meantime, there shall be stay of further proceedings in Petition No. 1301 of 2023 titled "œJatin Kumar vs. Akanksha Kumari" pending before the Family court, Faridabad, Haryana. 

 The Registry is directed to supply complete paper-book to learned Amicus, who would continue to assist the Court. 

 Learned Amicus shall also apprise the learned Advocate-on Record for the petitioner of passing of the present order."

It is submitted that, pursuant to aforesaid Order, show cause notice was issued to the sole respondent through registered A.D. post on 25.11.2023 and Mr. Navneet R., Advocate has on 20.12.2023 e-ffiled vakalatnama/appearance and on 03.04.2024 e-filed counter affidavit. Paper books of the same are being circulated with this office report for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

Service of notice is complete on sole respondent. 

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
