" Issue Dasti notice. 

 Post after service is complete."

Accordingly notice has been re-issued to all the three respondents through registered AD post as well as dasti. As per tracking report notice has been returned back with remarks " Addressee left without instractions" in respect of respondent no. 1, item returned back with remarks "insufficient address" in respect of respondent no. 2 and delivered of in resprect of respondent no. 3. 

It is submitted that Ms. Supriya Juneja, Advocate has on 02.03.2024 e filed V/A on behalf of respondent no. 3 but no counter affidavit has been filed so far. 

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 22.02.2024 e filed affidavit of service with proof of service in all the respondents 

Service of show cause notice is complete on all the respondents but no one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent no. 1-2.

The Petition above-mentioned is listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
