It is submitted that counsel for Petitioner has filed application for substitution of LRs of deceased Respondent No. 1 before high court, namely Late Kailash Chandra Agrawal and for setting aside abatement alongwith condonation of delay in filing setting aside abatement since there is delay of 1196 days in filing setting aside abatement. The same are already included in paper-books.

It is further submitted that Counsel for Petitioner has on 07.12.2023 filed application for permission to file additional documents along with the documents and application for exemption from filing O.T. Same are being circulated for kind perusal of Hon'ble Court.
