This Ld. Registrar Court, on 07th August, 2024, was pleased to pass the following order:

" Service is complete on respondent nos. 2 to 4 but none has entered appearance. 

 Ld. Counsel, Mr B. Shravan Shankar has not filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no.1 despite undertaking given on the last occasion. Ld. Counsel, Mr Shiv Nath Sawhney appears on behalf of respondent no.1 and again submits that last opportunity may be granted to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no.1. One weeks time is granted to file vakalatnama. Counter affidavit be filed within four weeks thereafter as last opportunity. 

 List again on 25.09.2024. "

It is submitted that Mr. B shravanh Shanker Advocate, has  filed V/A and counter affidavit alongwith an application exemption from filing official translation on behalf of respondent no. 1. 

Service of notice is complete on all the four respondents but no one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent no. 2 to 4, so far.

The Petition above-mentioned is listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
