Note:- It is submitted that matter is filed under Section 420, 468, 477-A, 409 of IPC & U/s 13(1)(c)/13(2) of Prevention of corruption Act, 1988 and sentenced him to undergo R.I. for 3 years with fine of Rs. 2000/- and in default of payment of fine, further R.I. for 6 months.
